If you chose a new plan during the Open Enrollment Period (OEP) or Special Enrollment Period (SEP), you should get your new member ID cards once your payment is received and application is processed.

If you have a PPO health plan, you and any covered dependents will get member ID cards in your name only. If you have an HMO plan, any covered dependents will get an ID card with their name and yours.
Just like your member ID card, you should get your Member Kit after both your payment and application get processed.
